This policy describes your right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract (right of withdrawal), how to return products, and how we process refunds. It complements our Terms of Service. If you are a Consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and national implementing laws (e.g. Finnish Consumer Protection Act). This policy is intended to explain how we implement that right.
2. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are a Consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

- Use the model withdrawal form published by the European Commission, if available, or any other clear written statement that includes your name, order reference (if possible), and a clear indication that you wish to withdraw.
If you communicate your withdrawal to us within the 14-day period, the withdrawal is valid. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) without undue delay.
3. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear it. We will inform you of the return address and any return instructions when we acknowledge your withdrawal.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the goods as you would in a shop; we may not reduce the refund for normal handling. If the goods are damaged or diminished in value due to handling beyond that (e.g. use beyond inspection), we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from the reimbursement.
4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under EU and Finnish law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, including (where applicable):
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain food supplements once the seal is broken). In such cases we will inform you before you place the order if the right of withdrawal is excluded, or we may offer a return only if the product is unopened and in resalable condition.
- Goods that have been clearly personalised or made to your specifications.
For food supplements such as Wellviora, once the packaging has been unsealed or the product used, we may not be able to accept the return for hygiene and safety reasons. You may still return unopened, sealed products within the 14-day period. If in doubt, contact us before returning.
5. Return instructions
To return a product:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to notify us of your withdrawal (see section 2).
- Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging if possible, and include your name and order reference so we can identify your return.
- Send the package to the address we provide in our acknowledgment (or to: Ghelroxxgharvynn, Mall of Tripla, Firdonkatu 2 B, 00520 Helsinki, Finland) using a traceable method if possible. You bear the cost of return unless we have agreed otherwise.
- Keep proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt and processed your refund.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or of receiving the goods back, if we have notified you that we may withhold reimbursement until then). Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order unless we agree otherwise with you.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered, you have rights under applicable consumer law (e.g. remedy, replacement, or refund). Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description or photo of the issue. We will resolve the matter in accordance with the law. In such cases we may cover the cost of return; we will inform you when you contact us.
7. Business customers
If you are not a Consumer (e.g. you are ordering in the course of your trade or business), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Any return or refund for business customers will be subject to our agreement and these Terms. Contact us to discuss.
